Roam with friends

Share a code and drive the same place under the same sky and the same weather. You see each other as you are, your clothes and your car's paint, the bike on its roof, the dog on the passenger seat, on the road and on the map, and you can pitch your tents round one campfire.

Host your own

Like in the old days, no cloud required. Run your own roam server on any computer, a home server or a VPS, and play on it with your friends; or just use ours. It looks after itself, letting players in only while it has room for them.

Real places, really there

The ground from 1 m laser-scanned elevation, every tree the scan saw, each building at its real height under its real roof in its real colour, and the roads, paths, rivers and fields from OpenStreetMap. Nothing is hand-placed.

The real sky and weather

The sun and moon where they are in the sky there, clouds in three layers with their shadows, the seasons turning the trees and the crops, and one key bringing in the real weather, from MET Norway's forecast.

Land, water and air

Walk anywhere, ride a bicycle or a dirt bike, paddle a kayak, row a boat, ride a jet ski, fly a paraglider or a paramotor, and send a drone up from your backpack for the view from above.

Driving that feels right

Seven cars with weight, from a four-wheel-drive off-roader and a pickup to a city car, an estate, a minivan and a quiet EV, on springs and tyres that slip, with grip that changes on asphalt, gravel, grass, mud and snow.

From the driver's seat

In the first person you sit in the car, not behind a HUD. The speedometer, the map and the weather glow in the cluster behind a wheel that turns in your hands, and your phone sits on its mount beside it.

Your phone, for real

The companion app, coming soon to the App Store and Google Play, puts the game's phone in your hand: it finds the game on your Wi-Fi, asks once, and then the garage and the drone's live camera are on your real phone. Over your own Wi-Fi only, never the internet.

Nowhere FM

The phone's radio starts on our own station, calm music made for the drive, jazzier in the afternoon and mellower at night. It comes with the game, so it plays anywhere, offline too, through the car's speakers.

Make it yours

Mods, and the map editor and tools to fix a corner of the world, add your own place and share it. Each a pack you drop into the game.

Yours alone

No account, no registration, no ads, no tracking, ever. The game goes online only for the real weather and what you ask for (support, a roam with friends, a radio station), and not at all if you switch it off.

The free demo is 6×6 km of Głowno, a small town in central Poland built from open data: its real streets, fields, forests, reservoirs, bridges and railway. The sun follows the real sky, clouds drift over in three layers, grass sways in the wind, the seasons and the weather change the roads, and there are seven cars to drive, two bikes, three boats and two wings. It runs right here in your browser with nothing to install, and starts after a few MB: the land comes as you drive.
